Fast DC chargers are now installed along Nepal's major highway corridors:
- Prithvi Highway (Kathmandu ↔ Pokhara) — the best-covered EV corridor in the country, with multiple fast-charging stops along the 200 km route.
- Mahendra Highway (Kathmandu ↔ Chitwan) — good coverage on this flat, fast southern route.
- Kathmandu Valley and Kathmandu ↔ Nagarkot / Bandipur — short enough that most vehicles complete the trip on a single charge with no stop required.
Coverage thins out on remote routes — Upper Mustang, Rara Lake, and the far-eastern Ilam tea trail all have limited or no fast-charging infrastructure along parts of the route. These trips are entirely doable, but require a specific charging plan rather than assuming stations will be available on demand.

What Actually Happens to Range in Nepal's Hills
Manufacturer range figures are almost always measured on flat terrain. Nepal's hill roads change that math in both directions:
- Climbs reduce range faster than flat driving, sometimes significantly, depending on gradient and load.
- Descents recover charge through regenerative braking — our fleet regularly recovers 20–30 km of range on long downhill stretches, partially offsetting the climb.
